This site is an educational blog, not an advisory service. I cannot recommend a specific policy for your situation, quote a premium, arrange cover, or represent you in a claim — and nothing I send you by email is financial, insurance, legal, or medical advice.

If you have a live claim dispute, a medical emergency, or a deadline, please contact a licensed insurance broker, your insurer, or a qualified professional directly rather than waiting on a reply here.

For your own protection, do not email or submit policy numbers, Emirates ID or passport numbers, bank or card details, or medical records. I do not need them, and ordinary email is not a secure channel. If something sensitive is genuinely relevant, ask first and we will find a safe way to handle it.
